When you create an account, we collect your email address, password (hashed), and basic profile info. When your student uses Sage, we store chat messages to provide the tutoring service.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the QuizCrew tutoring service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Chat data helps Sage provide better, more personalized tutoring sessions.
Payment processing is handled by Square. We never store your full credit card number. Square's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
QuizCrew is designed for use by students under parental supervision. Parent accounts control student access. Student chat data is associated with the parent account and can be reviewed by the parent at any time.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at info@quizcrew.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
